Its amazing how time flies when your having….fun? I would call the last few months fun, I having been counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds & microseconds and it has been far from fun. But the time is nearly upon us and the dream is soon to become a reality 🙂
With 1 day of work left it will then be time to get focused on the adventures that lie ahead. Next Tuesday we will embark on the journey full of promise and hope that we will witness a Uruguayan performance that will be one to remember (here’s hoping that it for the right reasons)
Today was a milestone that made it feel a little more real when “Los Celestes” prepared official team photos for the FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010. There all smiles and so they should be as the next month represents an opportunity for this squad to bring back some respect to Uruguayan Futbol and more importantly showcase the various talents that each of the 23 individuals below possess.
The final few training sessions are left and will be behind closed doors and then the team will depart and arrive in South Africa on the 5th June.
Definitely some memorable moments ahead 🙂
